About the event
The DAC6 regulation is part of the measures adopted at Community level to strengthen the tools to combat tax evasion and avoidance on an international scale. It is closely connected, and part of a broader mosaic, with other initiatives such as Atad, BEPS and CRS.
Why a course on DAC6 today?
It is known that the Italian transposition law is in the process of being approved but, even in the absence of precise contents, the start by 1 July 2020 is unavoidable, so it is imperative to become aware of the problem and address it at least with the first available tool: a qualified training course.

The course places the legislation in the international context, establishing which are the obliged Intermediaries and what their obligations are. It continues with the analysis of what are the elements characterizing the reporting (the cross-border mechanism, the evasion indicators, the tax advantage, ...)…
