News POS Operations Communications. New Track and New Transmission System

On March 21, 2025, the Revenue Agency issued provision no. 142285/2025 relating to the communications of POS operations , effective January 1, 2026. This provision, which replaces the previous act of June 30, 2022, introduces the following innovations:

• New data path: An updated format for data transmission has been defined.

• New communication method: Data will be sent via SID - Data Exchange System, which will replace the current Pago PA system.

• Unique Relationship Identifier. The Unique Relationship Identifier used in the Relationship Registry to communicate the agreement contract must be communicated

  
  

Transmission mode:

• Communications must be made monthly, by the last working day of the month following the month of reference.

• Each transmission will be followed by the sending, by the Agency, of a receipt which will certify the positive or negative outcome of the communication.

  
  

Texture photography:

• The Revenue Agency will annually provide an overview of the data received for each obligated party, thus allowing verification of correct compliance. In the event of inconsistencies, it will be necessary to proceed with the necessary corrections or additions.
