This document serves to inform you, as the Data Subject, about the use of your data by Studio Informatica Srl, acting as the Data Controller. All processing will adhere to principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.

Source of Data
Your data was acquired during the registration for the Training Course and will be processed by Studio Informatica Srl in compliance with applicable laws and data security requirements as per Art. 32 GDPR.

Types of Data Processed
The personal data processed includes those necessary for contacting you: personal details (name, surname, address, phone number, email, company affiliation, and role).

Purpose of Data Processing
Your data will be used to facilitate your participation in our training activities and manage the related relationship, in compliance with obligations and for the protection of rights deriving from it. Providing your data is mandatory for the requested service and will be retained for the period necessary to meet contractual obligations.

Data Processing Methods
Your data will be processed internally using both paper and electronic tools, following processes closely aligned with the purposes for which the data was collected.

Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 10 years from the conclusion of the Training Course, according to the company’s data retention policy.

Recipients of Data
Your data collected during participation in the training event will not be disclosed, sold, or shared with third parties without your express consent.
